Martin has been instrumental in helping form the proposition for Taylor Whitmore, having been invited to join Louise and her team at the end of 2022. He has been involved in recruitment for the last 14 years, prior to which he held senior positions within businesses supplying high street retailers. Martin is involved in setting strategy and managing the back-office function.
Martin is hands on and is heavily focused on growing the business.
In his spare time, he can be caught with a squash racket in hand or watching Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.
