Taylor Whitmore was formed in 2022 by an industry expert recruiter Louise Sandham who has over 23 years of experience recruiting in the Suffolk and East Anglia markets. Having worked for both large PLC recruiters along with smaller independents, Louise has created a brand defined by the qualities of both, creating a business focussed on traditional service, values along with an exceptional work ethos for clients, candidates and staff.

We have an established team of specialist recruitment consultants who have all worked together for several years within the Professional Services and Industrial sectors. The team have played an integral part in the creation of Taylor Whitmore, therefore collectively our devotion and passion to succeed is firmly embedded.

Each of our consultants are specialist within their own field, they understand the market and will offer you a trusted and robust service. Our office is in a beautiful and listed Grade II building, dating back to the 17th Century.
