Louise formed Taylor Whitmore in 2022 after working in the industry for over 23 years, so her wealth of experience extends to both large PLC and smaller independent agencies, therefore has created a brand defined by the qualities of both. Louise has recruited and experience across a broad and wide diverse mix of industry sectors (white and blue-collar including Senior Management). Specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment, onsite management and volume staff throughout her career – Louise can turn her hand to pretty much anything! Driven to build a successful business has been a burning desire for several years, and feels honoured to have her longstanding team involved, and very much a part of Taylor Whitmore. Taylor Whitmore’s work ethos is to ensure all staff have a great work life balance, respect and value each other but most importantly enjoy coming to work! From a clients perspective Taylor Whitmore doesn’t and won't cut any corners when it comes to service – this is our blueprint. Above all, we work with a totally transparent and honest attitude which results in lasting and robust working relationships.
Out of work you will often find Louise with a MIC in her hand as she is a semi-professional singer, and works with several party/event bands across East Anglia. Her dogs Marlene and Margo often enjoy a day in the office.
