Import Co-ordinator

We are currently hiring on behalf of our well-established freight forwarding client based in Felixstowe who are currently seeking a skilled Import Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing import entries accurately and efficiently
• Managing customs clearance procedures in compliance with UK regulations
• Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and clients
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time
• Resolving any customs-related issues or delays

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in import coordination or customs clearance
Strong knowledge of UK import procedures and regulations
Experience using customs software for entry submissions
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
