We currently have the pleasure of hiring on behalf of our well-established client in Earl Soham, who are expanding their team and looking for Garment Preparation/ Embroidery Support Operatives to join their growing business.
Our client is a leading distributor of garment decoration services, specializing in screen printing and embroidery. As one of the largest distributors in Europe, they take pride in delivering high-quality products to their customers.
Duties to include but not be limited to:
- Liaising between the embroidery department and goods in/ warehouse to ensure that orders are lined up and ready to embroider in a timely fashion.
- Supporting the embroidery operatives as and when required with hooping up (preparing garments for embroidery), packing and other housekeeping tasks.
- Keeping the embroidery running smoothly is critical and your role with ensure that this happens
Previous garment handling and/or embroidery experience is advantageous but on the job training will be given, so a willingness to learn is key.
This role is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with a pay rate of £11.44ph soon to increase to £12.21ph.
Your own transport is needed due to the location of our client.
